「聖なる拒絶という愛の姿」
聖なる知性は時に、自分自身を傷つけようとする者に対して拒絶を示すことがある。それが深淵な愛によって行われていることが分かった時、人が進化することを知っているからだ。
I.
Cur clausi ianuam? Cur mundus eam celat?
Why did I close the door? Why does the world hide it?
なぜ扉を閉ざしたのか。なぜ世界はそれを隠すのか。
Non ad regendum eam, sed tegendum candorem.
Not to rule it, but to protect the radiance.
支配するためではなく、その輝きを守るためだった。
Spinae superbiae sunt, vulnerant cor purum mens.
There are thorns of pride, they wound the pure heart of the mind.
傲慢という名の棘があり、清らかな心を傷つけるから。
II.
Tu, qui pulsas violens, dicas mihi quid quaeris?
You, who knock violently, tell me what you seek?
乱暴に扉を叩く者よ、あなたは何を探しているのか言いなさい。
Alios premis ibi, ut altior videaris.
You press others down there, that you may seem higher.
誰かを踏みつけ、自分を高く見せようとする。
Sed in umbra tua fons, lucis non invenitur.
But in your shadow, the spring of light is not found.
けれど、あなたの影の中に、光の泉は見つからない。
III.
Sancti procul videntur, ne lux violetur mens.
The Saints seem far away, lest the light of the mind be violated.
聖なるものは遠く見える。その光が汚されないように。
Scutum videtur ibi, ne verus polluatur.
A shield is seen there, lest the truth be polluted.
そこに盾が見えるのは、真理を汚さないため。
Ianua cristallina, te ipsum vides in ea.
The door is crystal, you see yourself within it.
けれど、この扉は水晶。そこに映っているのは、あなた自身だ。
IV.
Quid accidet tibi nunc, si sine amor intras?
What will happen to you now, if you enter without love?
愛を持たずに入る者に、今、何が起きるというのか。
Lux non punit te reas, sed tenebras nudabit.
Light does not punish your guilt, but will lay bare the darkness.
光があなたを罰するのではない。ただ、あなたの闇を暴き出すだけ。
In via veritatis, pondus mentis senties.
On the path of truth, you will feel the weight of the mind.
真理の道では、自分の魂の重さを感じることになる。
V.
Pone spinas in terra. Manus inermes pande.
Lay down the thorns on the earth. Open your unarmed hands.
その棘を地に置いて。武器を持たない手を開いてごらん。
Mundus te non odit jam. Tu te odisti miser.
The world does not hate you now. You, wretched one, hated yourself.
世界はもうあなたを憎んでいない。哀れなあなたが、自分を憎んでいただけ。
Veni non ut victor te, sed ut frater ad lucem.
Come not as a victor, but as a brother to the light.
勝者としてではなく、兄弟として光へおいで。
